I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of the Sir Grout crew. Tim did a thorough job assessing my need for both the bathroom grout and caulking and kitchen caulking and he was helpful in picking out colors. He and Vince were meticulous throughout the process. They were fast, clean, and focused on detail. Couldn't be happier!

The work done was very good. Huge difference between what our shower was before and how it was left after. However, with our first shower some of the color came off of the floor. I called the service person and never got a response. I then called the office and asked to have the service person contact me about the color issue, again no response. Very disappointed in their response after the work is done.
The technician that arrived on site was very professional and wore his mask the entire time. He took his time and ensured the floor was done correctly. The finished product is great and would recommend to restore your grout back to its original color!
The work far exceeded our expectations. The floors look new, and the grout lines were colored, cleaned and sealed. For the first time in 20 years of owning this house, I'm actually not ashamed of our floors. The company was quick to respond to my questions, work with me personally in choosing appropriate grout coloring, and everyone we had contact with was professional, polite, and protectionists at what they do. Have already recommended to several of my friends.
I am getting my house ready to sell. I had grout done on my master bath. It looks so great thinking of staying! From booking with Karl and his patience with our virtual estimate, I am NOT tech savvy, to the technicians that did the work. Thank you Chris and Frank. I couldn't be happier. Great job spiffing up a master bathroom shower and guest house shower. Both have floor-to-ceiling travertine which had not been properly sealed when built. They were able to get them completely clean, new grout and sealed. Both look great now.
Ed did the much needed cleaning of our kitchen tile to help us prepare for selling our home. Our tile had not been cleaned since 2016 but Ed did a superb job cleaning the tile and it almost looks brand new. Ed was on time, courteous, knows his craft and went the extra steps to ensure our tile was perfectly cleaned and sealed. He took the time to explain the process, as well as caring enough to work on even the smallest spots. Because of Ed, one of our moving concerns no longer exists! Absolutely superb job from a genuinely caring professional! We would hire Ed again without reservation. Job well done!!!
