First, your guys did a fabulous job. The shower looks as good as the many photos of other jobs on your website. They showed up on time, did their magic, and left the place as clean as they found it. Very professional crew.
Second, without exception, the three men were each so very nice, friendly, and a pleasure to communicate with. Starting with when I first met Steven, I noted what a great job he did explaining the service that he and the others would perform. Today, the other two gentlemen were equally as nice, as knowledgeable, and as professional.
I've got to tell you that it was so refreshing to meet these exceptional three guys. You should be very proud to have them enthusiastically represent your company — which they do. And the few times you and I have communicated, I have found you to be a pleasure to work with. Sir Grout rocks!

Sir Grout Houston made my 24-year-old tile floors look like new; we were absolutely impressed! Did a wonderful job on the grout in the glass block wall in our shower and my granite countertops as well. I've already recommended them to a friend! The owners were easy to work with, stayed true to their estimate. The techs were friendly and professional, and even wore shoe covers in my home, which was a nice courtesy.

We used Sir Grout to regrout our laundry room and half bath and recaulk our bathroom tub and some windows. Tom was our service rep, and he was very knowledgeable and explained things to us. He did a great job and we are very pleased. He even gave us a recommendation on a product to use in the future to keep our floors looking new.
I had Sir Grout come out and re-caulk/grout my bathroom shower a couple of months ago. I was happy with the service itself and the shower looks great.
I had a minor issue getting the cleaning solution for upkeep and maintenance, but this was resolved helpfully by Sir Grout.
Liked the use of FaceTime to show problems with my caulk, and shower sweep too. The whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish, The person that came in to do the job, Felix, did a great job, and he was very nice. Not only did we have him redo the cock around the tub and replace the shower sweep, we also had him to clean up and reseal the marble tile in as well throughout the whole shower area. Everything looks great, and I'm sure it will last for quite a while. My Bldg. Engineer recommended Sir Grout to me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.
