We could not be more pleased with the exceptional work that Sir Grout's stone restoration performed on our quartz countertop. When it was installed a month ago as part of our kitchen remodel, the surface looked dull and chalky, not at all like the showroom sample we had, and we were quite concerned about the risk of staining and fingerprints. From the very beginning, the Sir Grout Central Coast team demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism and a commitment to finding the right solution.
What impressed us most was their dedication to the process. They kept us informed every step of the way, providing regular updates on their research, testing of several different products and creating sample applications to evaluate the best approach. They invested an extraordinary amount of time and effort exploring every option until they found the perfect solution.
The final result exceeds our expectations. The product they selected (Akemi Transformer Max protectant color enhancing toner impregnator, made in Germany) transformed our countertop. The surface now looks absolutely gorgeous. Akemi brought out beautiful tones and rich depth. The surface now looks nourished and vibrant. Our plumbing was installed this past weekend, and we are thrilled to see that our countertop now provides excellent water repellence and protection.

Sir Grout's technicians are very punctual and they do amazing work! Initially, we planned on replacing our bathroom tile, but someone recommended we regrout the existing tile since they were still in good shape, and I'm so glad we did. I couldn't be happier with the results. The tile looks brand new, and they did it in under 6 hours!
We considered just vinyl planking to cover our kitchen, pantry, and half bath tile floors until Ted came and showed us what Sir Grout could do, so we made an appointment to have those floors cleaned.
On June 2, right on time, Austin came and did our floors. He did a great job, and we are pleased with the results. He was also very pleasant.
The technicians from Sir Grout of Jupiter did an outstanding job cleaning, sealing and restoring our grout. Oscar and his helper were meticulous, friendly and made sure that we were happy with the results as they progressed through the house. Our shower looks brand new. Excellent service!

Phillip from Sir Grout Central Florida did an outstanding job with my grout replacement and sealing. From the moment he arrived, he clearly explained what he was going to do and kept me informed throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he made sure I understood each step along the way.
Once the work was completed, Phillip took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through both the curing process and the proper cleaning routine. His attention to detail is exceptional — he's truly a perfectionist, and the quality of his work reflects that.

Our tile floors look as good as new! Mark from Sir Grout Northern New Jersey helped me measure virtually to get a quote and thoroughly explained the process to me. The techs showed up on time and did a wonderfully thorough job. They were also extremely helpful to explain their process and how to upkeep the tile and grout moving forward. They removed years of dirt from the tile floors and they look great!
Everything went well. The work was excellent. They honored the work they said they would do. Connor who sold the services made sure we were completely satisfied. He even came back with his brother to retouch the floors. Eli worked extremely hard with his partner to make sure we were happy with the completed tile work. Highly recommend this company.
The 5 star reviews are true! I was considering tearing out all the tile in my shower and replacing it with large panels to eliminate most of the grout lines, but I hated the thought of spending all that money and dealing with the mess. After reading so many great reviews for Sir Grout, I figured it was worth a try. What a wonderful company! Dave come out for the estimate and explained everything thoroughly, giving me a lot of confidence in the process and expected results.
Tara was an absolute pleasure to talk to on the phone when scheduling the work. Then Mike showed up to do the work, and he did an amazing job cleaning, coloring, and sealing the grout. He thoroughly cleaned up afterward, even cleaning out the laundry tub where he dumped his bucket! They saved me a bunch of money and my bathroom and shower look brand new!
