Sir Grout is an exceptional company. They cleaned all tile/slate floors, showers, and countertops in our home. Everything looks fabulous. They are very conscious of treating customers with respect. Garith explained in detail what was needed and how they would clean all surfaces.

This is my second experience with Sir Grout, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Recently, I moved into a new property with several areas—kitchen, hall, and shower/bath that had natural stone surfaces. The stone surfaces had not been cleaned or sealed for decades.
First, the initial video conference with Ann could not have been easier. I measured the rooms, we did a walkthrough using the camera on my phone, discussed the cleaning and treatment options, and then Ann sent me a quote. I accepted, and she scheduled my appointment. She is extremely knowledgeable and outstanding, and the process could not have been easier.
The service day was also excellent. Tim and Juan arrived exactly when they said they would! They covered all areas to protect other surfaces. Each area was cleaned and sealed to perfection, and they completed the work exactly when they said they would. The stone and the grout in all the areas look and feel brand new.
I am very impressed. The Sir Grout process and service are excellent. I would definitely use them again and would also recommend them!

Sir Grout made my 25-year-old tiles look like new! It revived my flooring and the overall appearance of the house. The team showed up early and worked nonstop until the work was completed! They treated my house as if it was their own. They are my go-to for grout!
From start to finish, these folks were a great pleasure to deal with. General manager Antonio came out quickly and thoroughly, and clearly explained what they would do both verbally and in writing. The price was fair. Techs Oscar and Steve were as good as it gets--timely arrival, communicative, thorough, conscientious and hard-working. They were also perfectionists and pleasant young men. I am very satisfied and would certainly call on them again!
We recently built a brand-new home in The Crescent, and our bathroom tile floors had spots of paint, construction glue and an overall film of residue due to the carelessness of our builder and his subcontractors.
After a failed attempt by Stanley Steamer to remedy this, and $400 wasted, we contacted Scott Odom. Within a few days, he came out to evaluate the damage and provide us with a quote-which was more than reasonable.
Andrew came to our home-super nice, very polite, extremely professional. More than that, he meticulously worked on our bathroom tile floors until we were satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend Sir Grout of the Lowcountry!
We recently had Meeko from Sir Grout come to clean our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He was extremely professional, thorough, and dedicated—working tirelessly all day with hardly a break. His attention to detail was outstanding, and by the time he finished, our bathroom looked brand new. On top of his excellent workmanship, Meeko was also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better.

Matthew provided a quote over the phone for cleaning and re-caulking our shower based on pictures I texted to him. He arrived at our house on schedule and was very meticulous in his work. We are very pleased with the results!
Sir Grout did an amazing job. Sent a request for a virtual quote, got it scheduled for within 48 hours. Jorge called within the time frame and showed him our shower, what we were wanting, and then what they can do. Jorge explained everything and how it would work. He provided the quote which was EXACTLY in line with what we were hoping.
Due to a rush, we requested ASAP and Jorge was able to schedule it for Saturday (there is a small additional fee for weekend work, worth it!), and got it scheduled.
Jose arrived at the scheduled time, explained what he would be doing, and went to work. He worked extremely hard and managed to get it all done within a day. This was not just putting new caulking down, they removed ALL the old, crummy caulking, cleaned it, and applied new. Let us pick out the grout/caulking color as well. It looks like a BRAND NEW BATHROOM!
We could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend to anyone needing a bathroom update that doesn't break the bank.
