We recently hired Sir Grout to clean, color seal and chalk our tub and shower. Chris the owner came out to give us an estimate. (You are lucky if you can even get anyone to come, view the project and give you an estimate). It had been forty years since we installed the tile and tub and it showed its age. Chris was pleasant and spend time answering all our questions. Brian, the technician, was equally friendly and professional and did an outstanding job. He kept us informed during each step of the process and answered all our questions during and upon completion of the project. Excellent job of cleaning up as well. We were completely satisfied with the work performed and the professionalism of Chris and Brian. We would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone in need of re-grouting and caulking.
We had Sir Grout come today to work on our floor and bathroom shower tile. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with the results. They were able to make everything look as if it was brand new tiles that were just laid down. The guys were extremely professional and friendly. We will be having them come back to seal our kitchen and bathroom countertops. I highly recommended them for all your tile cleaning needs. Well worth it!! 10/10 work!
During the first day we had some issues with the outcome but after expressing our concerns, John the owner did what it took to make us happy. He is very dedicated to his business and keeping his customers happy. In the end, my wife and I were very pleased with the results and we would definitely recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking to have some grout work done throughout their home.
We recently built a new house and invested in marble flooring for the master bath. Unfortunately, the builder left all kinds of spots on the floor that they didn't take the time to clean it properly before we moved in. My husband (who is extremely handy) was too nervous to do this on his own due to possibly messing up our initial investment. Jeff was recommended to us by Inman Park Marble that we got all of our countertops. Jeff came to our home, he explained everything, and we decided that we needed to do this. We do not have a huge master bath, but Patrick spent 6 hours at our home and was meticulous with his work, and clean up. He did a wonderful job. We personally feel better that our floor and shower were done properly, the way they should have been done before we moved in. Thank you, Jeff, and Patrick!
Jarrod showed up on time, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job and the result was apparent when he was done. I will use Sir Grout again in the future. Great company that does very nice work.
Marty and team have been wonderful to work with. They're very responsive, and have answered all of our questions and concerns in timely manners. Whenever we had issues, a technician would be scheduled as soon as possible to come out and they've all been so professional and friendly.
I just recently used this service to clean & seal a rather large travertine patio & pool surround. Their crew were very professional & did a thorough job. From beginning to end everyone was always on time & kept me well informed. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

I'm extremely happy and excited about the amazing job Patrick did on my shower. Tatiana has great customer service skills too. There were a few small issues, but they were resolved immediately, and now I'm completely satisfied. Sir Grout of Jupiter does a great job and makes sure the job is done right.
