Did an excellent job, on time and for a very good price. It wasn't a big job (take out the old grout and put much better grout in the floor of a large shower) but very meticulous - 1x1-inch tiles! Although we were warned tiles could accidentally be chipped, none were. Excellent worker and advised us on taking care of the rest of the shower.
Ed and Romeo came to my small DC apartment and did a GREAT job. I have a small kitchen and a small bathroom. They cleaned all surfaces in the kitchen and they shine and are protected. They also cleaned and sealed the bathroom floor (from the 1940s) and it looks like new. I am very happy and would highly recommend them.
Keith and his team were very punctual and committed to comply with their promise. Their machine broke down and right away rented one to complete the job. They even stayed later than expected to meet their time commitment. Stone floors look amazing.

Despite scrubbing, our master shower had arrived at the point where it needed professional help. Sir Grout sent us a professional magician! Manny worked magic on our 27 year old shower. Manny arrived on time, was courteous and professional throughout the entire job, answered all of our questions and worked all day long without even a break! He told us: "I want you to be happy!" And we are!

I met with one of the contractors to discuss issues with my shower having cracked/ missing grout and starting to absorb water, which was causing mold. We discussed my options and got a date set. They were very kind, prompt, and professional at all times. What they did was cleaned the shower and cut out the old grout and put epoxy grout in the bottom and all corners, and colorsealed. The renewed shower looks excellent and will be easier to clean long-lasting. At completion they left no messes at all. Excellent work.
