Ed at Sir Grout was amazing. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took off services that he thought were not necessary and pointed out where it would be worth it for me to make a bigger investment. He also pointed out problems with our tile bathroom floor that went beyond his grouting/caulking scope, and I was really grateful for the heads-up. He helped me understand how to care for my tile in the future, recommending a Ph balanced cleaner, instead of my "go-to bleach". His caulking work was just beautiful as well. I highly recommend Sir Grout!

Great experience and results. It was easy to schedule an appointment online for an estimate. Scott walked through the project with me (marble bath and floor, marble kitchen floor, sealing of backsplash). He answered all my questions and provided a written estimate that day. It was easy to get on their schedule for the work. Andrew, James, and JD showed up on time and worked diligently all day to complete the project. They did a great job and I was pleased with the results.
Sir Grout did a wonderful job re-grouting our shower and cleaning/resealing the other tile in both bathrooms. There were some hiccups along the way, but David went out of his way to correct any issues and to make sure we were satisfied. It's not inexpensive but it was worth it in the end.
I am so thrilled with Sir Grout!! Not only is all the grout updated to a new beautiful color, the tiles themselves look and feel so much better. They use a pH balanced cleaner, and it's fabulous!! They found and repaired holes in my grout by the tub area, which was lifesaving for potential mold! I had wonderful women do a wonderful job!!! Worth every penny!!
Addressed an issue with shower floor; grout discolored in certain areas. Jeff explained what was causing this and proposed a couple of solutions to mitigate the problem. Technician who did the actual work cleaned the tile and grout and addressed the issues identified by Jeff. I'm hoping this will give me a couple more years of service on the floor before thinking about retiling. I would recommend this service.
Both Chris (who gave the quote) and Brian the technician were pleased, professional and extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise. They were not pushy and very efficient! My floors & tub look brand new. I would highly recommend them. Extremely happy customer.

Back in 2013, we made the mistake of selecting a light color grout for the ceramic tile floors in our new home. Over the last 9 years, mopping, dogs, and life, in general, stained the grout. At our last house, my wife and I used wire brushes to hand-scour the grout and the work was exhausting! This time around, we decided to pay to have it done. The quote gave us a little sticker shock, but after what we experienced when we cleaned grout before, we decided to give Sir Grout a try. Carlos was courteous and professional and honored my wish for a start time that would be after my wife had left for work, so she could get ready in complete privacy.
They were booked up, so the time from quote to cleaning was less than four weeks. I expected loud equipment but was pleasantly surprised to experience quiet cleaning equipment and was able to get remote work done, during the process. We had the grout cleaned in six rooms and one tile replaced as it had been cracked by something heavy being dropped on it. The work was done in about 7 hours. The grout and tile floor now look like they did when we first bought the house! Although that was the goal, I was shocked at how good it looked. The improvement in appearance was honestly far better than I expected.
Some of the other reviews state that their grout was just painted, rather than cleaned. I was at home for the entire project and I saw no evidence of that. Others stated that a few months after the grout cleaning, the grout went back to looking dirty. I asked Carlos about how long the cleaning could be expected to last and Carlos explained they have two products. One of them DOES have to be redone after some time. I think he said 2-3 years. I asked about a PERMANENT solution, since I am a low-maintenance type of guy. That's the service we paid for. You can bet that I'll be extremely disappointed if the permanent fix turns out to be temporary...and I'll update my review. In the meantime, we'll enjoy our like-new floors!
