I had a great experience with Sir Grout. They were honest about their work, prices, and what was expected of the job. When there was a challenge, they had a solution and were clear about everything involved. Their prices are fair and competitive with other businesses but I doubt you'll get the value from anywhere else. highly recommended!

Chris & his team are wonderful to work with! They helped transform my kitchen area and freshened up my laundry room and bathrooms. Would highly recommend Sir Grout Nashville. Chris (owner) is very detail-oriented and is extremely knowledgeable in this industry. It's very hard to come by good customer service and quality work, but Chris & his team live up to these standards.
We had a fairly large job. 3 bathrooms, our kitchen islands and the entire downstairs tile flooring (about $9K). They sent 3 techs and completed the job in two days with minimal interruption. Upon arrival they assessed the job and immediately recognized some issues the salesperson did not see. They recommended two alternate plans (one regrout and one to not remove grout in another area). These recommendations saved us from potential damage and costly repairs. Our kitchen marble looks as good as the day I chose it in the warehouse 19 years ago. Courteous, clean, conscientious and willing to put up with two curious dogs, I can say Sir Grout, David, Michael and Sean were a great crew.
Chris came by to provide an estimate for refinishing the marble countertop in my bathroom. His advice was that it was not in bad enough shape to justify the work & the cost. His honesty about this certainly puts him at the top of my list for any work that arises in the future that would require his expertise.

I had a wonderful experience with this business. Mold is a HUGE issue here!!! So we needed help in our primary bathroom. We completely redid our primary bathroom. We were very happy with it except all of the dang mold that would grow in the shower! We used the squeegee and tried to dry off the walls every time we showered but the mold would just continuously grow, it was making our beautiful space feel nasty!!! We used Sir Grout Charleston.
Here's what they did: Steam cleaned the existing grout, scrubbed the built up soap scum, and then removed the moldy caulking. Then they replaced the old grout with mold resistant epoxy grout in all the corner seams.
Their workers were on time, very friendly, got the job done quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves. I haven't had to clean our shower because of mold in a month! It is GONE! Absolutely incredible!!!!!
And while they were here, I had them seal our new beautiful travertine!! They power scrubbed the travertine to remove any surface dirt. Then chemically treated a few rust stains to remove those and then used an "impregnating sealer" to help protect to travertine for normal wear and tear. Highly recommend!
I noticed a leak in my ceiling below my shower. The plumber told me it was the grouting and not the pipe. My handyman grouted around the drain but it still leaked. I went to a bathroom remodeler I know to ask for advice. He told me I needed to rip out my shower and replace it for thousands of dollars. I thought I'd check with Sir Grout first. Patrick met me online and recommended that I needed to regrout everywhere, not just around the drain for a fraction of the price. Ed came out, grouted all the places he thought may leak, and explained how to keep it looking new. No more leaks! They were both very professional and timely. I am so glad I called them.
The team did a GREAT job!!! I am VERY pleased with the manner in which the work was completed AND in the work itself!!! I will be having them back FOR SURE to do the rest of my floor tiles and kitchen stone.
Working with this company is awesome! Sir Grout restored my old stained tile and grout to sparkling again!! We were considering remodeling our bathroom, but after Sir Grout's transformation, my floors and shower look brand new! It was super easy to get scheduled, and they were really patient with all my questions! I highly recommend!
