Sir Grout has devoted and caring customer service. Our technician Meeko is wonderful and worked very swiftly. He even made time to come back to do color correcting and to re-seal some areas that needed attention months after the initial job. Renzo always responds courteously and quickly, he is just a message away to help you with any questions. The staff at their office when you call them are always very helpful and thorough as well. This company has gone above and beyond and we're glad to have a great service team like them in our area.

We just had Sir Grout clean, polish, and seal our travertine floors and I would highly recommend them! Alex, Tatiana, and their team were friendly, professional, hardworking, meticulous and thorough. Dawn came in as scheduled. She proceeded to steam, clean our shower, and remove all the old, grout and debris from when we had our doors removed. Who would think it would take 5 to 6 hours to do a shower but it looks brand new? Excellent job by Dawn and Ann. Highly recommend them.

They knew exactly how to repair our cracked master bath shower grout, reseal a tub, and replace seals that had molded, describing what the work entailed and the superior, longer-lasting materials they planned to use.
