We recently engaged Sir Grout to clean and seal our bathroom floors, walk-in shower, laundry room, and kitchen backsplash. Scott came out and went through their process in detail and was very timely in providing their quotation and scheduling the work. Jamar came out to conduct the work and went above and beyond in his efforts to clean and color seal the grout and tile in these areas. He explained everything well and even met with our builder to point out a few concerns and has agreed to come back to complete the work at a later time due to the builder needing to make some corrections prior to Sir Grout completing the work. We hired this team due to their quality reviews on Google and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone that could benefit from their services. The team went above and beyond!

We had not been cleaning our shower as well as needed due to medical issues. Sir Grout came to the rescue. Jorge was very easy to work with and stayed in constant communication with me. Nico came to the house to perform the work and did an excellent job. No more dirt or mold. Thank you so much. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service. We were even given cleaner to use that should last a few years.

Sir Grout was awesome from the estimating, and quoting process through the completion of the project. Very professional throughout did a great job and kept everything very clean covered and cleaned up at completion. The work looked awesome, I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. They re-grouted two of our bathrooms and replaced a large cracked tile and a marble threshold in one, great work.

Our oceanfront home looks amazing again. When we purchased this freshly remolded condominium, we did not realize the shortcuts taken by our contractor. After three years, our bathrooms looked dirty and mold was starting to form in the showers and our tile throughout the place was collecting dirt in the grey grout between the tiles, the more we scrubbed the worst it looked.
Sir Grout meticulously filled in all the small unseen holes in both shower's. They filled in the unlevel grout lines between the tiles and then completely sealed both bathrooms. They also cleaned and color sealed the grout in our tile throughout the condo. If your home needs a fresh look, I would highly recommend calling Sir Grout of Jupiter.
In february 2023, we had Sir Grout do a refresh of our master shower which included steam cleaning, grout painting and recaulking. All was great. However, within a few months, we had mildew showing up despite our regular cleaning with the recommended solution.
We contacted Sir Grout and after talking with Tim, the Dallas office manager about the issue he said he wanted to get one of his lead technicians, Randy, to come out, size up the situation, and work to get the shower back to brilliant at no cost.
Randy came out yesterday (June 28). He: sized up and attacked the problems he encountered, did a fair amount of repainting and recaulking, and brought our shower back to brilliant. He spent over 4 hours on the task, was meticulous in his work, and was very informative along the way. It was a pleasure to work with him and we recommend him highly.
