Miguel and Sean did a fantastic job repairing, cleaning and sealing the grout in two of our bathrooms. They were on time, professional and hard working! The finished result looks great! We had one small issue and they were immediately responsive.
I highly recommend this company! First picture shows broken grout, the rest are after the service.
Sir Grout Tucson did an amazing job coloring, sealing the grout, and micro-guarding the tile floor in our entire house. The team- Isaiah, Mario, and Ryan, plus one other member were very professional and accommodating to our requests in the process. The floor looks great!
I can't say enough about the service and positive result I received from the work that was completed on my shower floor. Everyone involved with Sir Grout was professional, well-informed, friendly, and on time. My shower floor has been transformed, and while I think it was a more difficult project than they anticipated, they made sure that the result was to my liking. The grout in my shower floor was discolored, multi-colored, uneven, and generally unsightly; I now have a floor that looks brand new. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.
We scheduled a two-bathroom regrout and sealant with Joe at Sir Grout Crystal Coast. This is a military veteran-owned franchise. Dylan did a fantastic job. When I had concerns that a couple of spots may have been missed, Joe was quick to come out himself and remedy the oversight. I highly recommend Joe and Dylan for their quality work.
We had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout Crystal Coast; our tile looks fantastic. We've been in our home for 4 years; I wish we had done this sooner.
Isaiah, Issac, and Elijah did a great job for us. We highly recommend Sir Grout for tile cleaning and grout sealing. It was a pleasure working with this company.
I tend not to write reviews unless I was very impressed or really disappointed with a service, and with Sir Grout, I was certainly impressed.
Arthur, provided a quality and reasonable-cost proposal and Isaiah, Isaac and Akin, who cleaned and sealed my tile floors and "restored" my shower, were on-time, professional, polite, competent, good communicators, thorough, worked steadily throughout the day, and often went a bit beyond what I expected to ensure an excellent job was done.
I certainly recommend Sir Grout if you need tile cleaning and/or shower restoration.
We had the best experience with Sir Grout from start to finish! From the initial service call to the day of the work and the final results, everything was excellent. Randy was fantastic!
His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. We had our showers and bathroom countertops recaulked, grout cleaned, and several tiles replaced. Everything looks amazing!
We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely use Sir Grout again. Highly recommend!
I decided to tackle re-grouting my shower as a DIY project, and let's just say I quickly learned I was in over my head. I found Sir Grout and they were able to come out so quickly, and they completely rescued the project.
Everyone was so nice, professional, and respectful of my home. The new grout lines are crisp, even, beautiful, and the steam cleaning left the tile and glass looking better than the day it was installed.
If you're thinking about doing this yourself, save yourself the stress and call them first. I'll be using them again for sure!
