Excellent experience with Sir Grout. They helped us with cracked grout in our bathroom and color finished them.
They took care in their work, and it looked great afterward, and they came back a few days later to ensure any leftover residue was cleaned and the floors/tile looked how we wanted them.
The technician was Joe, and he was excellent and easy to talk to and work with. Frankie, who scheduled us and quoted the work, was also great to work with and communicated well over text and phone calls promptly with any questions or concerns I had.
They were thorough, professional, and helpful. They were also able to fit us in on the schedule much sooner than we anticipated initially, which was a huge help.

Sir Grout made our 10-year-old floor tile and grout look like new again. We were extremely pleased with their professional service. A crew of 3 workers completed the job in one day, and the price was very reasonable. No need to look any further, as Sir Grout is #1!
My wife and I have a large travertine marble dining room table that we bought over 30 years ago. We had taken care of it but it had gained the inevitable scratches, water rings, stains, etc. after many years of use. We decided to have the table refinished and called Sir Grout. Scott came over to look at it and give us an estimate and told us he could refinish it the very next day. He was extremely careful with our dining room, masking everything but the table top off and refinished the table professionally. After he had honed, sanded, polished and sealed the table it now looks just like the day we bought it. We were pleased with the cost and the entire process and would unconditionally recommend Sir Grout to anyone.
Our home is only 3 years old but with white stone tile and white grout it was looking a bit dingy. Even though we clean it often it just seemed like it was aging.
We had Larry come clean about 1100sqft of tile. He did an amazing job, and we couldn't believe how "dirty" our "clean" floors were before they started. Isaiah Portillo did an amazing job cleaning our shower several months ago! When the fountain in our courtyard lost its beauty due to a heavy build up of hard water calcium, we had Isaiah back to clean it. Isaiah is polite, hard working, and communicates well by both returning phone calls and text messages. He cleaned our fountain and sealed the tile and although tile cleaning is expensive, he showed up on time and was done in three hours. He made the fountain look brand new again! Spectacular job Isaiah!

Had my 17 year old ceramic tile floor cleaned and the grout painted and sealed, they did a fantastic job! The tile and grout look brand new! The sales rep, Dave, was kind and knowledgeable and did not try to push me into purchasing. The gentleman who performed the work, Mike, was very personable and informative about after care.
