I couldn't be happier with the results from Sir Grout of Greater Chester County!
The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Before anyone even came to my house, I sent Matt several photos and did a quick video consultation. He asked for a few additional pictures so he could accurately calculate the square footage, and when I measured it myself, we came up with the exact same number. That gave me confidence right away that he knew what he was doing.
The estimate was very fair and surprisingly affordable for approximately 300 square feet of tile. It was well within my budget, there was no sales pressure, and we scheduled the job that same day. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with automated appointment reminders and prompt responses whenever I had a question.
The previous owners had two hunting dogs that tracked orange farm dirt into the house for years, leaving the grout badly stained. I had hired another company years ago that manually scrubbed the grout, but the results were disappointing and didn't last.
Matt didn't just clean the floor—he restored it.
He started with a commercial power scrubber/buffer to deep clean the entire tile floor. Then he used an industrial steam cleaner with a scrubber head to thoroughly clean every grout line, spending extra time on the stubborn areas instead of rushing through the job. After additional cleanings and drying the floor with fans, he carefully applied the grout color seal in the exact color I selected.
The attention to detail was exceptional. Once the color seal cured, he buffed the floor twice to remove every bit of residue, leaving a beautiful, uniform finish. He even used the color seal to blend several small hairline cracks in the tile, making them virtually disappear.
The entire process took about four hours, and the transformation was unbelievable. My kitchen floor honestly looks brand new. The grout is perfectly uniform, the tile looks refreshed, and the entire room feels brighter and cleaner than it has in years.
Finding contractors who take this much pride in their work isn't always easy, but Matt absolutely does. His professionalism, communication, workmanship, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

They took care in their work, and it looked great afterward, and they came back a few days later to ensure any leftover residue was cleaned and the floors/tile looked how we wanted them.
The technician was Joe, and he was excellent and easy to talk to and work with. Frankie, who scheduled us and quoted the work, was also great to work with and communicated well over text and phone calls promptly with any questions or concerns I had.

Sir Grout made our 10-year-old floor tile and grout look like new again. We were extremely pleased with their professional service. A crew of 3 workers completed the job in one day, and the price was very reasonable. No need to look any further, as Sir Grout is #1!
My wife and I have a large travertine marble dining room table that we bought over 30 years ago. We had taken care of it but it had gained the inevitable scratches, water rings, stains, etc. after many years of use. We decided to have the table refinished and called Sir Grout. Scott came over to look at it and give us an estimate and told us he could refinish it the very next day. He was extremely careful with our dining room, masking everything but the table top off and refinished the table professionally. After he had honed, sanded, polished and sealed the table it now looks just like the day we bought it. We were pleased with the cost and the entire process and would unconditionally recommend Sir Grout to anyone.
