What a great experience working with Connor from Sir Grout/Annapolis/Ocean City. Our OC condo floor tiles were in really bad shape (cracks in the grout, loose tiles, discoloration of grout). From the initial inspection with Connor, to his very fair estimate, to the finished product, we couldn't be happier with Connor and the Sir Grout team. The tiles now look like new! Connor even came back personally a week later because he wasn't satisfied with how our shower floor turned out. Now that's going beyond what's expected for customer service. That's refreshing to experience. 5 Stars for Sir Grout!
