Jazmin was great! She regrouted and sealed our master shower to make it look new again. We had some mildew issues due to poorly installed caulking, and she not only removed the mildew, but also removed the caulking and then reapplied it correctly! The entire time she was here, she took time to protect the flooring and cleaned up each day. Great work!
I was impressed with Sir Grout Hartford. We had a leak from the 2nd-floor shower. Rod provided a virtual video estimate within a week of calling. The work was done about 2 weeks later. Jai was our technician. He did an excellent job and resolved the leak. The final cost to us was actually a little less than the estimate. I will use them again in the future.

We had the tile and grout in both our primary shower and bathroom floor deep cleaned, then sealed with a clear sealant. Our kitchen granite Counters and island were also polished and sealed. The technician, Jai, was very professional and hard-working. All work was done within a day, and the cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

He explained everything he was prepared to do, answered all questions and concerns patiently, cleaned up perfectly afterwards and explained in detail how to care for the tile and grout to prolong longevity. We recently had our bathroom retiled and we were not happy with the grout color we chose. We called Sir Grout to inquire about doing grout color sealing. John came out to do the estimate and was very thorough, and detailed. We Scheduled the work for the following week and Juan came out to do the work. WOW!!!! What a difference. He cleaned all the new tiled walls and floors and color sealed the grout to a color we chose of our liking. He also epoxy caulked all corners and around the tub. Everything turned out great. Juan did an amazing job. This is the second time we have used Sir Grout and are very happy with their services. Thanks Sir Grout!!!!
