Sir Grout (Rod) came and refinished all the marble countertops in my kitchen. I inherited counters that were badly etched with hot pan rings, discoloration with the beauty of the stone washed out. We wanted to keep the honed look, Rod understood exactly what we were asking for and immediately got to work. He spent literally 7 hrs on the project, working almost that entire time non-stop. His attention to detail, the clean-up after, the way he took care of the counters and most importantly talking to me about care going forward for the counters was exceptional.
I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them exclusively in the future if I have any other grout work that needs to be completed. Well worth it to give new life to counters that did not age well and were mistreated.

Sir Grout did a great job on my shower and bathroom floor. We had the service provided on a rental unit that we own. The shower was extremely dirty and difficult to get clean. He assigned our job to Michael. Michael was on time and very professional. He spent 5 hours completing the work. Our kitchen and bathroom tile is spotless and looks fabulous, just like new. Michael did a great job replacing the old shower grout with new epoxy grout that is mildew & stain resistant as well as waterproof. It too, looks great.
