My experience with Sir Grout was pleasant from the initial contact setting up the estimate appointment, John their representative who worked up the quote for our floors to be cleaned and sealed, and last but not least the great Job Chris and Jerome did in completing the job. It refreshing to know you can still find a company and employees who take pride in their work and show up as scheduled, (even if my internal calendar and clock are skewed!).
