Tom and Keith were very professional in evaluating my needs and getting the job completed, with fantastic results. In addition to making the grout functional and great looking, they were able to clean our badly stained tile. I greatly appreciated that they did not quote the job until they tested their products to make sure they could get those stains out. As a result of their effort I have two showers that look like new and I again get to enjoy the beautiful tile I originally installed. I had Joe and his team come out almost a year ago, and they did an awesome job, and the tile and grout looked great! A couple of months ago, we recognized that in a few areas, the sealant had not held up as well in certain sections. I called Joe, and he came out, looked at it, and recognized something had not worked. He stood behind his work and promised to send someone out. I honestly thought I would have to call and remind him, but much to my surprise, he reached out when they had an appointment change, sent someone out, and we are good to go!
When they say they will spend the entire day working on your floors they mean it. The crew were so meticulous. Cleaning, coloring and sealing; then buffing the floor... it never looked so good. And sure enough my old grout developed some cracks, so I called them about it and Brian was out and went over every inch to make sure all was looking great. I recommend this service to anyone that wants a professional job!
They did a terrific job, very professional and prompt. The travertine floor is clean! It had dirt ground into cracks and grout lines that they got up. Very happy with the work. Also, they called me on face time and were able to take measurements on my phone to give me a bid. He was knowledgeable. Perfect service.
