They did a wonderful job! The house was built in 1961 and the grout had never been "deep cleaned" and resealed. Throughout the process, there were NO surprises. The first contact came on time, explained the process, answered my questions and said he'd be available if I had any other questions. The workmen showed up on time. Their work was excellent, well done and in a professional manner. They were very careful when they had to go through the house to get outside to the truck. Overall, I was very pleased with the process and results.
The tile grout had become extremely dark over the years and while I had had the floors professionally cleaned before, they still looked very grungy. Sir Grout did a great job of cleaning the tiles and the grout and applying a colored sealant that was slightly different from the original, but more attractive. The floors look like new and are holding up very well. The granite counters and island in the kitchen was also cleaned, polished and sealed and looks very good.
Bryan came in same day I called, gave me what I thought to be a reasonable estimate for the job to be done, scheduling the job was quick and Bryan and his team came to my home within a couple of days to refinish my tiles, the job was done in one day. I am very happy with the result, my floor looks beautiful although more than 70 years old. Price service, professionalism, everything is above expectation. Great guys, honest, no bad surprised, very straight forward. Highly recommended.

Met with Corey and was given an estimate immediately for my laundry room, kitchen and powder room floors. Waited several weeks before we were able to schedule due to other conflicts we had. When Corey called to see if we had any questions we scheduled our appointment and we were able to get one within a week. Chris arrived right on time and let us choose the color we wanted for the grout by showing us a few samples. Once he started working it was nonstop for four hours. He did a great job, was very neat and our floors looks like they did the first day they were laid and grouted. Thanks for making my floors look brand new.

The technicians were very professional and courteous. They took precautions in putting down protective covering on the wood floors and removing area rugs and other items. They explained everything they were doing and how it matched the work order prepared by Eddie. I was very pleased with the outcome and could not have asked for a better outcome. The floor grout and travertine tiles looked brand new at the end of the process. The tub caulking and grout repair was unbelievably done to perfection.
