And the owner was amazing he came in and was very honest and realistic with what he thinks is the best option for me. He told me that what I required I can actually do myself. He didn't up sell me, he didn't provide me services that I didn't need. He followed up with me and gave me hints and tips on how to manage my floors. I will use this company in the future when I really do need their services. I give them 5 out of 5 for their customer service, knowledge and overall experience.
All tile in my home looks brand new again! I am very pleased! My only caveat is that wait time to get scheduled as well as pricing reflects the high demand for quality service. However, it was worth it!
Sir Grout Phoenix did a great job of cleaning our 15 year old tile floors, removed and replaced caulking around one tub, and repaired and re-grouted a large sunken mosaic tile tub. Very grateful for their good and attentive service! Highly recommend and will hire them again.
