Do not hesitate to call Sir Grout! We met the owner in the Spring at the Home Show in Nashville. August is when he came to our home and explained his process of transforming our 14 year old master bath grout in the shower. The grout looks brand new! The color matches the rest of the grout throughout the bathroom. No more stains or mildew. The process took him approx. 7 hours, there was no odor, no mess to clean up. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Sir Grout!
Long overdue review for the owner and the technician. The entire experience from the consult by the owner, all the way through to the complete of the grout work and clean up was excellent. There was no pressure after the initial consultation. The owner was very patient, answering every question (I had quiet a few) thoroughly and in a timely manner. I was pretty nervous about this project, but all of the positive reviews were really helpful, I don't write these much, but I thought I'd go ahead and see if i could help someone else by writing my own.
We put an addition on our house two years ago that included a new bathroom. For whatever reason, the grout in the tiled shower pretty quickly turned orange, and the grout in the floor pretty quickly turned gray, no matter what we did to clean it. And the grout around the top of our double sinks just...fell out. We finally decided to just start over and called this place, based on other reviews.
I can't speak to durability, because our project was only completed yesterday, but I was so impressed with the professionalism of this company that I'm not worried about it. I'm really happy that we invested in this. The owner showed up on time, was super nice, and walked me through what needed to be done, including color choices and keeping everything clean going forward. Everything is neatly done, I didn't have to clean up after the work was finished, and my bathroom looks neat and clean again! Highly recommend.

Sir Grout was great. They cleaned, sealed and did grout work on the tile floor in my kitchen. The initial quote was easy to schedule and all was explained to me, and then scheduling the cleaning was done immediately. The gentleman who came to do the cleaning and grout work was on time, friendly and did a great job. He did a good job explaining how I should care for the tile floor before he left. Sir Grout's stellar reputation is well deserved. I will definitely use them again in the future.
