Let me start off telling the world that this is a genuine review. The company, Sir Grout, knows exactly what they are doing and goes above and beyond ensuring that they achieve a level of perfection that is outstanding. The company is prompt, honest and a pleasure to have in my home. Respectful of my home's occupants and furnishings. Sir Grout provided a detailed estimate with a careful explanation of exactly what would/could be accomplished and any/all limitations. What I was not told was that the end result would be virtually perfect. The kitchen tile floor had been installed 22 years ago, as was the master bath floor. Both looked like new. Please understand that these floors had taken so much traffic and use that I was hoping that they would look good at completion. They look GREAT! The owner, is responsive and honest and the technician is a master at his craft. Years of experience resulting in the best workmanship possible. I was never pushed or "up-sold" just provided honest perspective about the possibilities. I whole heartedly recommend Sir Grout.
From start to finish, the job was handled with total professionalism. The franchise owner came to inspect the job and provide an estimate of the work needed. We then scheduled the job at our convenience. We were reminded via email of the upcoming appointment. The Crew arrived on the scheduled day right on time and ready to work. Due to the amount of build-up, power cleaning was not an option. The crew actually had to do all the work by hand, using several different cleaners, much of the time on their hands and knees. When the job was completed and we saw the results, we were TOTALLY blown away! The entire shower stall and door looked like brand new. We couldn't believe our eyes! It was absolutely amazing what this team could do. We would recommend Sir Grout without hesitation to anyone needing this type of service.
We have stone showers and countertops in our bathrooms that needed a good hone, clean and seal. The staff was very easy to get a hold of on yelp. They were also a very fair price. I wish I could remember the name of the man who came to clean our showers, he showed up on time and worked for seven hours! We really appreciated the wonderful customer service and the job well done. They were honest about how often we would need cleaning, proper care and maintenance etc. Thank you!!
Sir Grout came in and cleaned everything, put in new grout with the original color and restored the original seamless look we once had. It was all done on time and in a professional manner.
Excellent service, even with a stubborn bathroom. The owner, came over to my house to discuss plan B. He is completely professional and helpful, and his workers' the same. Would give Sir Grout higher than a 5 star rating, if possible, and recommend them to all.
I have a tile counter top and backsplash that I did 35 years ago and I still liked how it looked except for the grout lines. I was deciding whether to regrout it, replace it, or "Sir Grout" it. I'm a lot older now and too lazy to do it again myself so the staff came out and explained everything that Sir Grout does. There really was no decision to be made. I could spend thousands or hundreds. I chose hundreds. The technician came out and did a fabulous job. He knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and told me if I have any problems with the job to give them a call. So far, no problems and I don't expect to have any. The countertop and backsplash look brand new and I didn't have to lift a finger.
The staff came and gave me a quote for having the tile cleaned, sealed and replaced (if necessary) in my bathroom and kitchen. The granite counter top in my kitchen and marble top in my bathroom also had to be done. I was happy with the quote and set up a date and time immediately. Yesterday they came as scheduled. They worked very hard. They were professional and made sure everything was completed perfectly. Thank you. I will recommend Sir Grout.
