We recently had Sir Grout do a partial regrouting to our shower. The day after having that done, a crack appeared in one of the tiles. I called them and they came out the next day and spent 4-1/2 hours fixing and replacing several tiles that had a potential of cracking in the future. They did a great job, and were VERY customer oriented! Love that! Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service!! Tech, Xavier, arrived on time ready to work! He took the time to explain to process that was use to restore our shower wall and floor, gave us an estimated completion time and everything went perfect. Sir Grout provides a great service and I highly recommend them.

Sir Grout is the BEST option in NY for your grouting project. My husband and I recently bought an estate sale "fixer upper", the bathroom tiles were original, and grouting had not been touched in over 50 years: stained all throughout. We thought we could handle it ourselves but after closer inspection realized it really required professionals. I cannot express enough how challenging this job was. The tiles are not spaced evenly, the grout is original and extremely durable (therefore even more difficult to remove), and we have two full bathrooms of this.
Sir Grout was professional, reasonably priced, and TRANSFORMED the space from dingy and old to brand new in 2 days. They regrouted the wall tiles as well as recolored the floor lines, and went above and beyond to be professional with respect to coop rules, work around our hectic home as we were moving in the same day, and brought in extra help at no extra cost when they realized it was necessary to finish on the timeline they proposed (2 days start and finished). Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
