Sir Grout sealed the tile grout at my first house here in Tucson, 3-4 years ago. I was so impressed with how well they held up, I had them come in before moving in to our new build. Shout out to Taih who was fast, efficient & so pleasant to have in the house. She finished earlier than expected & did the whole place by herself!
Sir Grout did an excellent job on the epoxy work in our shower. Paul and Dylan were fantastic to work with — professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. They walked us through the process, paid close attention to detail, and left everything clean when they finished. The results look fantastic — the shower feels brand new. Annalise came to give us a quote, she was incredibly nice, professional, and felt like she was shooting straight with us on what we should and shouldn't do, didn't try to upsell or push us to do more, in fact coached that we get less services than we were planning on getting.
Shakayla performed our service and was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly friendly, professional and informative. She worked ridiculously hard and went above and beyond to clean our grout and seal it. She even cleaned some rust stains in our shower we didn't even ask her to clean.

We hired Sir Grout to clean, regrout, and reseal our master bathroom (shower, walls, floor, and surrounding areas of the tub), kitchen floor/foyer areas, and reseal countertops. Fred from Sales was so helpful and knowledgeable, and we appreciated that he answered all of our questions and concerns as we have never done a project like this before. He provided samples of work and we couldn't wait to get started. Tom, our technician was here for two days and kept the entire workspace (upstairs and downstairs) completely clean. He explained every process before the next step was completed, and provided color options along the way for everything. He was extremely kind and friendly, and he also answered all questions we had regarding how to clean all areas properly. He did an amazing job and went above and beyond - and it shows!! The tiles look brand new, we couldn't be happier with Sir Grout and highly recommend this company!!
We have a large ceramic (lots of grout!) walk in shower. My husband was scheduled for surgery, and I recently fell and obtained a knee injury. Scrubbing the shower was hard enough on a regular basis, but now it was a real chore. And, since I wanted it cleaned prior to my husband's surgery, I started thinking about how I could get it cleaned thoroughly and decided I just couldn't do it.
I scheduled an appointment for a quote online. It was quick and easy. I received a confirmation and then another confirmation prior from the person coming to quote. Everything was explained, and when I told my reasoning for needing a clean shower, they got me on the schedule expeditiously.
I was thrilled with everything! The professional explanation, the helpful insight, AND the finished product. I forgot to take pictures but trust me, it is way nicer and cleaner. I am even going to schedule them for additional services once we get through the surgery!
