The attempt to color seal or floor tile by a prior owner or contractor had resulted in uneven application, color residue on many many tiles, and a grout color which did not enhance the overall appearance. The owner pointed out the opportunities for having a beautiful floor again utilizing his four stage process. He arrived on time and completed the job within the time forecasted.
