Even from the first phone call, I was amazed by the level of professionalism. I can't say enough about the tile work performed in 3 showers and the resealing of one granite countertop. I am happy to be in my shower again because it was stained so bad from the very beginning of the installation that I felt unclean and now I am so happy every day and I think I always will be. We were just getting ready to rip it all out and because of Sir Grout, we didn't have to. And they will return every two years to resurface if we wish and we certainly do wish that.
Tile is too important to leave it to unprofessional or uncaring technicians but it is obvious that everyone in this firm is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. John was very professional and conscientious. He cared about his work and wanted us to be fully pleased, which we were. I feel like he was very honest as he assessed our bathrooms and determined what needed to be done. I got 5 quotes, and he was one of the more expensive ones, which is usually grounds to choose someone else. But he seemed way more knowledgeable/credible and conscientious than the others, so I went with him. Now that he's completed the work, I feel even better about my choice. I would definitely choose him again.
Great service from Sir Grout Boston owner Chris and great workmanship from Jimmy. My bathroom has 100-year-old tile work. You can't make that look like new (and I wouldn't want it to look that way) but the re-grouting & cleaning made it look great.

Juan did an excellent job with my old sunken shower tub. The grey grout color became a perfect match after drying for 72 hours. Juan was punctual and even deferred his lunchtime break until the messy part of the job was done. I can highly recommend Sir Grout.
