We did not end up needing their service. However, I was very impressed with Tim. He came to look at our shower, which was in terrible shape with mildew/mold. He gave some tips on what we could try to clean with first. It ended up getting the entire shower looking new and saving us a ton of money. His honesty and professionalism are top-notch, especially when other companies quoted us higher amounts and would have taken our money. Meeko did wonderful work coloring and sealing our grout. My mother couldn't be happier. The tile and grout are like brand new after years of dogs and human feet tracking through. Creamy tan tile with a slightly whiter finish. Looks great.

The team was great! My husband and I interviewed 5 vendors and Sir Grout was the best by far. The owner Tim was very knowledgeable about the process of cleaning and recoloring our grout as well as providing instructions for future cleanings which I was not aware of. Now for the team that did the actual work - Kevin, Chris, Nico, and Inar, all did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, fully explained their process, reviewed each room with me as they started, and completed the process. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable! They did every room in my house including the bathrooms and I never felt that we were being rushed through the process. Oh, I forgot they helped us rearrange our furniture (different from what it originally was), which was a huge help, as we are retired and the furniture was quite heavy👌🏼, so again super job!
