To be perfectly honest I'm not sure how I stumbled upon Sir Grout. But I'm sure it was after tons of attempts with other companies to have my restaurant re-grouted with all answers being "I'm sorry we don't do commercials." Their loss I guess. But Patrick (I believe the director) and Ed and Romeo (Tech/specialists) were great. Patrick did a facetime to check out the work needed and set up a time for Ed and Romeo to come in, they were professional, efficient and honestly extremely courteous of the team working around them. I asked them to work on some of the parts of the kitchen and bar that were in desperate need of TLC, but I've just sent in a request to see if they are available to do the rest of the restaurant. You can't go wrong with these guys.

All personnel I communicated with at Sir Grout was very responsive, and I was always able to speak with someone right then and there. We are very pleased with the work done at our master shower. The technician that did the work, Christina, was so pleasant, professional, and so careful, explaining or responding any questions we had. These guys were great. I just needed my bathroom tub re-caulked. It's an odd job because I have trim around my tub which requires two separate caulkings. One guy, Chris, came out and did my estimate. The price was very reasonable. His guy came out to do the caulking, was finished in a couple of hours and did a fantastic job. They were both extremely nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The gentleman did a fabulous job refinishing our marble bathroom countertop and caulking our bathtub area. Everything looks marvelous, and all was cleaned up afterward. Highly recommended.
