Highly recommended! We had a great call with Jada to scope our multi-room project. She was wonderful in helping us partition this into 2 projects in a timely manner. The technician, Justin, was excellent. Very informative, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and willing to adjust one of our requests. Not to mention the work came out perfect. I will be requesting Justin in the future. We look forward to the 2nd project in the upcoming months!
The walls in our pre-war bathroom in Manhattan are entirely tile, and the floor has the original 1930 tile. 2 Sir Grout people came to replace the grout from the old tile wall and clean the vintage floor. AMAZING! Wonderful job from great people who worked so hard and finished the job in a day. My only regret is we didn't do this years ago. I will not wait so long next time! THANK YOU for the GREAT JOB!

I recently had the pleasure of having Randy from Sir Grout come to my condo to clean and repair my shower grout and replace the caulking. I had attempted to grout the shower myself about a year ago, and it never looked quite right. Randy's expertise and meticulous work made a world of difference. He efficiently removed the excess grout, cleaned the underlying tiles, and applied new caulking with precision. My shower now looks fantastic, far exceeding my expectations. Randy's professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. I highly recommend Randy and Sir Grout for their exceptional service!

Like other reviewers, our experience with Sir Grout was top-notch, with customer-centric guidance, professional quality work, knowledgeable care recommendations, and absolutely the best tile man in the business (thank you, Ed). Our kitchen floor hasn't looked this good since it was installed. Our shower stall is refreshed and mold-free. We felt Ed worked in our home with as much care and attention to outcomes as he would have in his own home. Totally a five-star performance.
We had a wonderful experience with Chris and Jimmy at Sir Grout. They replaced the caulk around our bathtub and cleaned the tiles and grout around it too. We originally had white caulk connecting the gray wall tiles in the corners. Chris asked whether we wanted to replace that with gray caulk. We had never thought of that before, and it looks so amazing now!
Jimmy also did a great job cleaning the mold and mildew that had formed in the grout and caulk. It turns out the previous owner had just caulked over instead of replacing the previous caulk, so Jimmy had to remove 2 layers. Our tub/shower is now sparkling clean, and we'll definitely use Sir Grout in the future when the time comes again.
My tile floors in the kitchen and living room were in bad need of a cleaning. The grout lines in the kitchen especially were black. Tatiana came to my apt to give me an estimate and explain the process. Showed me the difference by applying the color. Alex and his associate cleaned, applied color to every tile line.
We had a great experience working with Sir Grout. Our kitchen tile is a porous white and over time had grout damage and discoloration due to wear and spills throughout. The difference in color after they cleaned the tile, repaired and recolored the grout was unbelievable, they did a fabulous job making the tile look new again. The finish they put on the tile also made the floor much easier to clean, which is a huge bonus with kids! The crew was timely, attentive, and efficient. I could not have been happier with the work. Highly recommend!
