Our master bathroom shower grout had been loose and pieces were washing away. Anthony came out and looked at everything thoroughly (picking up a few tiles etc.) he assessed the situation and gave a fair price. Our tech, Stephan, said he would make it look new again and he did! We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.
Monte from Sir Grout just left. In only two days he took out most of grout in shower and regrouted it. It now looks like a brand new shower! He also cleaned kitchen and both bathroom floors and color sealed the grout. They also look like new floors. He did a fantastic job and was a pleasant presence in our home. All our contact with the company has been great. The evaluation with Judi was through and enjoyable.

Sir Grout has devoted and caring customer service. Our technician Meeko is wonderful and worked very swiftly. He even made time to come back to do color correcting and to re-seal some areas that needed attention months after the initial job. Renzo always responds courteously and quickly, he is just a message away to help you with any questions. The staff at their office when you call them are always very helpful and thorough as well. This company has gone above and beyond and we're glad to have a great service team like them in our area.
