Rod & the staff were great, They did three bathroom floors. Peter did a professional job. It took 3 hours, and he walked us through everything. I would highly recommend them. I am very happy with the results. The cost was fair, and the floors look like new.
I am thrilled with the job Kevin and Kelly did restoring my marble countertops and mud room grout. Wine had dropped and left terrible etch marks on my butler's pantry countertop and years of wear and tear left our bathroom countertops in bad shape. Kelly completely restored them to look like new. They absolutely gorgeous!
Our mud room is the highest traffic area in our house, collecting all the dirt. I have spent countless hours trying to clean the grout myself, but it never looked truly clean. Kevin diagnosed the problem. It had never been properly sealed. I didn't know if he was actually going to be able to clean all the grout. I have decorative pebble tiles throughout the floor. Kevin did an unbelievable job. It looks brand new. He didn't miss a spot!

Sir Grout cleaned, replaced and sealed our grout in three bathrooms ―two with showers and one powder room floor―. Ed did a beautiful job and took the time to select the best grout color for the tile. We had a small project, but we wanted to find someone who would give it the attention and skill it deserved. Our previous contractor had laid mismatched grout in a somewhat sloppy manner on our, otherwise, beautiful backsplash.
I reached out to Chris, knowing our job might not meet the minimum cost for their services (which I was happy to pay for top-quality work). Chris took it upon himself to find additional opportunities for caulking and sealing in other parts of the house to make the most of the time.

We bought a house with tile floors. The grout was very dark. The tiles were dark, and they felt grimy. A regular housekeeping service wouldn't be up to the job. Juan came in, measured, explained the process and gave us a quote. We had a foundation crack, so some tiles needed to be replaced, and fortunately, we had some extras.
A few days later, the crew came through, taped off our carpet areas, acid-washed all our tile floors, rinsed and dried them. They removed the broken tiles and filled in the foundation crack, then replaced the tiles. They applied a colored grout sealer to all the grout and explained how to take care of the floors. This was a two-day process.
They stuck to the original bid, and we are very satisfied with the result. Everything is much brighter, and we are comfortable walking barefoot in our home.

We had the pleasure of having John come to our home to restore the grout in our primary bathroom and kitchen. He did a phenomenal job and was very communicative throughout the process! He made a 20-year-old bathroom shower look brand new again. The grout lines in our kitchen look awesome, too! And Tim, the sales person, was very straightforward and provided recommendations on what to do after hearing our intention. We would highly recommend this company!
So I had Anthony to come by and understand the process and what to expect from their cleaning and restoration service. I've had friends who used other services like Grout Medic and were not happy with the results.
Anthony was very knowledgeable, in fact, he told me he has 20 years of experience as a tile contractor before providing his expertise to Sir Grout. I was able to have a real rapport with him and he explained the service and set expectations based on the levels of cleaning and then restoration. He said it would look very good with a color seal and I can't believe they delivered. I should have done this years ago!
Then the day of the service Harry and Jason came to provide the magic to all 3 of my bathrooms. They were here early, went over full expectations again and they also have a long history of working with stone and tile which also gave me a great feeling that they would make it better than my expectations.
Make no mistake there was no magic but hard methodical work that really gave my bathrooms that really impressive and at 20 years old look as brand new as I remember.
Thank you Anthony, Harry, and Jason for the work and the service provided. I really feel I got more than what I paid for it and recommend anyone looking to refresh the bath or tile's anywhere have these guys in and see what they can do to give you back a really great bathroom without the cost of a full rip out nor the weeks of hassle!
