Dawn came in as scheduled. She proceeded to steam, clean our shower, and remove all the old, grout and debris from when we had our doors removed. Who would think it would take 5 to 6 hours to do a shower but it looks brand new? Excellent job by Dawn and Ann. Highly recommend them.
Working with Sir Grout was an absolute delight. From the first email, the staff was responsive and quickly delivered a custom quote after a simple FaceTime consultation. They knew exactly how to repair our cracked master bath shower grout, reseal a tub, and replace seals that had molded, describing what the work entailed and the superior, longer-lasting materials they planned to use.
On the day of the service, my technicians (Jon and Chris) were friendly, clean, and organized, and completed the work quickly.
