Great experience throughout. Dan was very communicative during the estimate and took detailed notes of the work to be done. Andrew, Daneel, and Alex showed up early and worked hard. 2 bathroom floors and 1 walk-in shower were redone in about 6 hrs. Andrew was great about making sure I was happy with the completed work and touched up a few areas I had questions about.
Sir Grout did an amazing job making my 9 year old tile and grout look like a "new build". I couldn't be more pleased with their timeliness, professionalism, and quality of service!

Chris was absolutely amazing. Arrived 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time; you usually have to wait hours for a service person to show up; pleasantly surprised he was there ready to go! He is very friendly and professional; thoroughly explaining how the process of tile cleaning, grout coloring and sealing would go. He did an excellent job, transforming our old tile and dark looking grout into a product that looks brand new. We would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone we know and want to give kudos to Chris; he was the best!
Dirk was also very helpful in setting up the appointment, explaining the process, following up and sending a thank you email right after it was done. Very impressed with both of them. We have dealt with many companies and workers since Hurricane Ian; they were the best.
The quality of the work CANNOT be beat; Jose is a perfectionist and that's what we all really want when we carve out time/space to get the stones cleaned up and sealed. I will use Sir Grout again and highly recommend it. Just know to budget time for them to do that high-quality job!
I used Sir Grout to clean my granite top. Meeko came out at the time that was agreed and looked at the granite tops and came out with a plan on how he would clean and remove the big orange stain from the counter, he explained the plan and started working on them. He had to apply a compound to remove the stain and come back. He was really flexible about coming back on my day off and came after two jobs with Jiji to finish the job. When he removed the compound the stain was gone. Then he polished and sealed the counter. The counter looks great and shiny again. Meeko and JiJi are awesome, we engaged on conversations and I felt like my friends were doing the job. I will really recommend Sir Grout.

Fantastic experience! We recently purchased a new home and the bathroom floors were horrid. I tried all the DIY cleaning products but nothing worked. I contacted Sir Grout and Joe came to the rescue! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us turn our bathrooms from yuck to wow! Instead of spending thousands on new tiles, he saved us a ton of money and time restoring our old tiles. Sir Grout did a great and careful job replacing all our old caulking, cleaning and color sealing the grout and adding epoxy grout. Ed worked on our primary shower which looks brand new after he finished, and Romeo on our kitchen caulking and grout. Highly recommend!
