Just finished my first experience with Sir Grout Crystal Coast. We got our entire master bath flooring and custom shower serviced with new grout. We also got our granite countertops polished, resealed, and new grout. What a difference! The whole experience was top-notch. The consultation with Joe (owner) was concise and the quote was really clear. Scheduling and communication were prompt, clear, and timely. Dave did an excellent job to regrout my glass tile shower completely, and cleaned, sealed the shower floor. Sir Grout uses high quality Epoxy grout and Sealant from Europe. Highly recommended.
Needed a couple of bathroom countertops refurbished and I've never used this type of service before. Both countertops were badly worn over 20 years of use and it was either refurbish or replace. One countertop is marble and the other is travertine. Sir Grout came in and provided their advice and recommendations and gave me confidence they could restore the countertops for a fraction of what I would have paid to replace them. The results were amazing!
The travertine looks brand new, nicely polished and I'm thrilled. The marble was also a good improvement but, around one of the taps, had some rust stains which could not be removed (and they advised me that would be the case) and which I was prepared to live with. Overall, I was pleased with the outcome. Both counters look great and I would highly recommend Sir Grout. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. I'll definitely use them again.
We did not end up needing their service. However, I was very impressed with Tim. He came to look at our shower, which was in terrible shape with mildew/mold. He gave some tips on what we could try to clean with first. It ended up getting the entire shower looking new and saving us a ton of money. His honesty and professionalism are top-notch, especially when other companies quoted us higher amounts and would have taken our money. I would definitely recommend looking into Sir Grout Westchester if you need this type of service and giving Tim a chance to earn your business.

Meeko did wonderful work coloring and sealing our grout. My mother couldn't be happier. The tile and grout are like brand new after years of dogs and human feet tracking through. Creamy tan tile with a slightly whiter finish. Looks great.
