Fantastic experience! We recently purchased a new home and the bathroom floors were horrid. I tried all the DIY cleaning products but nothing worked. I contacted Sir Grout and Joe came to the rescue! Sir Grout did a great and careful job replacing all our old caulking, cleaning and color sealing the grout and adding epoxy grout. Ed worked on our primary shower which looks brand new after he finished, and Romeo on our kitchen caulking and grout. Highly recommend!

I started the process talking with Jada who did an excellent job of explaining not just how the work would be performed, but how they differ from steam cleaning. I had an estimate based on my measurements that same day. She was able to schedule me immediately that week, and when their professionals came (Justin and Shannon), they were on time, friendly, and very courteous. Connor handled my shower clean and regrout and I have to say it turned out better than I imagined. I didn't know what was possible and I figured there may still be some fairly significant staining left over but short of getting a whole new bathroom this was pretty amazing. I'm thrilled to have a nice clean shower again and will definitely use them again when the time comes. From start to finish they provided great service. Oh, I also had to reschedule a few times and they were easy to get a hold of and communicate with through that process.
