The team was great! My husband and I interviewed 5 vendors and Sir Grout was the best by far. The owner Tim was very knowledgeable about the process of cleaning and recoloring our grout as well as providing instructions for future cleanings which I was not aware of. Now for the team that did the actual work - Kevin, Chris, Nico, and Inar, all did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, fully explained their process, reviewed each room with me as they started, and completed the process. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable! They did every room in my house including the bathrooms and I never felt that we were being rushed through the process. We had Sir Grout clean all of our tile, grout, master shower, and granite. Michael, Larson, Omar, and Juan were here for 2 whole days and worked continuously from 7:30 to 4:30. They were respectful, polite, and very hard workers. After cleaning 2000 square feet of tile, they put a color seal on all of our grout, which made it look brand new. The color seal is supposed to last 5 years. They helped move all of our big furniture and put it all back when done. They also cleaned and sealed all of our granite countertops. I highly recommend Sir Grout and their employees for all your cleaning of tile, grout, stone, and granite!
