I highly recommend Sir Grout's grout cleaning and re-coloring service. A very professional two-man team came to our house right on time and got to work steaming and cleaning our ceramic tiled grouted kitchen/laundry room area. The team did a thorough brush cleaning of the grout lines after steaming the entire floor area. That was a big improvement but after 20 years of floor traffic, I expected that cleaned grout would need to be colorized to look new again. That was a good call.
Once that deep-cleaning step was done and the existing material dried, the guys gave me two good options for colorizing the old grout. I chose the "Malibu Sand" color which was a very close match to the original clean grout color. They applied the Malibu Sand (which is an epoxy-based product) that dries quickly and did not smell bad. Once dried in about 20 minutes, it looked fantastic, like a new floor but for far less money and way less hassle. Well done, Sir Grout!
