My good experience began with Richard, who came and evaluated what work I needed to have done. We made an appointment —just a few days away—. Omar and Brian came and did a terrific job. They were thoughtful, efficient, and the job is working. I had a leak in my shower but now, with two showers taken... No leak! And the grouting looks very good. They also sanded the marble top on a vanity table and it looks wonderful. The customer service, in setting up the appointment, was also excellent and, although I hope I do NOT have problems, I like that I can contact them again with any issues. So far, I am very pleased and would rely on them without hesitation.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Sir Grout. I was completely ignorant about the extent of the issue; however, Mike took the time to explain everything in detail with visuals. He also had samples on hand to show the various color options. What really touched me was that Mike waived the deposit upon setting up the appointment and gave me a grace period because the quote was much higher than I was anticipating. As for the work itself, the proof is in the pictures. Romeo did a thorough and meticulous job. He worked for 8 hours and restored the bathroom. It now looks brand new. Not to mention, he took the time to explain what was done, subsequent aftercare, and some tips for maintenance. I found this team to be incredibly personable and kind and will recommend it to everyone I know.
Mason was the consummate professional. Courteous, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our property. He repaired what he could and gave us excellent advice for what he could not repair. He also told us how to care for our tile going forward.
I had such a good experience with Sir Grout with Ann coming and giving us a fair quote and sharing her industry knowledge. Our service was performed by Gigi and he did an excellent job. We had the bottom bathroom cleaned and regrouted, sealed and caulked. Previously we had a different company and I was wary but it has been 3 weeks and it looks great! Thank you to Gigi for his attention to detail and reassurance.
My porcelain tile has not looked this good since the installation 15 years ago. Extremely kind and courteous employees. Would absolutely recommend if you want your tile to look new again.
