He was very helpful in addressing all our concerns and questions and explained what we would expect. Then we were scheduled with Tony for the project. He showed up on time and was very professional. He explained to us how Sir Grout's techniques would rejuvenate the look of our tiles in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. He also demonstrated different colors of grout that I could use in my kitchen. He had the time and the patience to go over things with me show me how it would look and answer all of my questions. Excellent regrout work by Nick with Sir Grout! The tile in this bathroom had worn mustard-colored grout and the shower needed to be professionally cleaned and resealed. The results made the tile look new again. Nick put down 3 color samples to choose from, which was great to visually see the actual finish. Very pleased with the results!
When we had the estimate done to renew our two showers and tub we were told that they would look like new when the work was completed. Tony and Ninoshka accomplished that and more and we cannot stop thinking about just how great everything looks.
