I called Sir Grout from an advertisement in a local ad. I was able to make an appointment for an estimate to have the travertine tile refinished in my kitchen. I was given an estimate after a review of what the job entailed. I thought the price was very, very reasonable given the scope of the job and some repairs that needed to be made to some of the tiles. I was promised the job would be scheduled within 2 weeks and Sir Grout sent Patrick about 7 days later to complete the service. Patrick was on time to start the job and did an excellent job of explaining the process as he first cleaned the tiles, added new grout, and then sealed the surface. The floor now looks the best it has looked since it was installed in 2006. One great thing about the job was that about 2 hours after the surface was refinished it was dry and I was able to move my furniture back in the kitchen. We are very happy with the price and service Sir Grout provided.
We met with Fred Bauer initially to get an estimate and he was very informative and personable. Today we had our bathroom shower and floor cleaned, grouted and sealed by Ray who did an excellent job. Our bathroom looks like new.

Andrew and Daniel were our technicians. They arrived promptly and they introduced themselves and explained their plan for the service. They were professional and focused on our tile. They applied the new grout and allowed me to choose the color for the grout that I liked best. They then proceeded to complete the job, paying special attention to all the details. When they were done, they cleaned up not only their own supplies but left each of our tiled rooms sparkling neat and clean. Daniel explained the charges on the billing slip. Before getting initials and signatures along with the check. Our floors look like new, much less expensive than new tiles. Very pleased and will refer to and use it again as needed.

I am extremely impressed with Sir Grout from start to finish. They came and gave me an estimate and timeline. James showed up and completed the job perfectly. I would also like to express how professional James handled the job. I have many workers in my home and they are not quiet or tidy. I actually forgot James was in my home he was so quiet. When he finished, the bathroom and work area was extremely clean. I will hire them again.
The team at Sir Grout Sarasota did a professional job cleaning, sealing, and coloring my grout and tile. It was a large surface area, and Kashan, Theresa, and Andreas made sure everything was perfect. They were on the job for almost 12 hours and followed up to be sure I was satisfied afterward. Right from the start, we had a great experience with Cole Matthews and the team at Sir Grout. From arranging the initial appointment to scheduling the work, professional all the way through. They were on time for the estimated walk-through, on time for getting us a written quote, on time for the work, and Cole was great in explaining the process as well as what the team would be doing from start to finish. The technicians were courteous, on time, and a did great job with the work as well as the clean-up. The areas they worked on looked brand new, and many were 12-13 years old.
