Our shower grout was a hot mess. The wrong product had been used to patch problem areas, and we had mildew issues. We're so glad we found Sir Grout. Kathryn came to our house to explain the process and took measurements. We learned so much from her and scheduled the service. Dawn was our technician, but she's really an artist. She spent 1.5 days on our shower, removing the bad stuff, repairing and cleaning the grout, and applying the right finish. It looks like a brand-new tile job! She also cleaned our natural stone floor, treated the grout, and polished the whole thing. I recommend Sir Grout!

We recently engaged Sir Grout to clean and seal our bathroom floors, walk-in shower, laundry room, and kitchen backsplash. Scott came out and went through their process in detail and was very timely in providing their quotation and scheduling the work. Jamar came out to conduct the work and went above and beyond in his efforts to clean and color seal the grout and tile in these areas. He explained everything well and even met with our builder to point out a few concerns and has agreed to come back to complete the work at a later time due to the builder needing to make some corrections prior to Sir Grout completing the work. We hired this team due to their quality reviews on Google and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone that could benefit from their services. The team went above and beyond!

We had not been cleaning our shower as well as needed due to medical issues. Sir Grout came to the rescue. Jorge was very easy to work with and stayed in constant communication with me. Nico came to the house to perform the work and did an excellent job. No more dirt or mold. Thank you so much. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service. Sir Grout was awesome from the estimating, and quoting process through the completion of the project. Very professional throughout did a great job and kept everything very clean covered and cleaned up at completion. The work looked awesome, I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. They re-grouted two of our bathrooms and replaced a large cracked tile and a marble threshold in one, great work.
