Mason re-did the grout and re-sealed our shower. It looks so much better than the way the builder had left it! He let it dry out completely before starting and then came back a second time so no chance of any water still leaking or being trapped. He was also very neat, cleaned up the area well, polite and showed up when he said he would be here.

We are so glad we found Sir Grout. We had our tile work done years ago and the grout lines in the main and 2nd bathroom were discolored and just didn't look good. We also had issues with the caulking in our standup shower and the grout inside the shower. Ray came out and went over everything in detail and explained how they can thoroughly clean and make everything look amazing. Stephan the technician was very friendly and did an awesome job, we are so thrilled with how everything came out. It is like a brand-new bathroom! I highly recommend this company!
I had an excellent (5-star!) experience with Sir Grout. Both Michael, the general manager, and Romeo, the service tech, were wonderful to engage with, and the work performed was flawless. Mike came to the house and reviewed the tile and areas of decaying grout in my (very large) shower. His on-site estimate was thorough and competitive with other contractors. I chose Sir Grout because of the thorough explanation of the work that would be done, the price, and the overall respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable impression Mike presented. Mike scheduled my appointment on the spot, and within a week my shower was expertly re-grouted and sealed by the wonderful service tech, Romeo.
