Sir Grout has put together a great team. I just had the grout colorized to blend with the wood look porcelain tile in my 2400 sq ft house. Every room and closet was tiled. I also had the master bath shower and bathroom floor colorized and treated with a Microguard product. I was a little anxious about the logistics of moving all my furniture around while I was in the house. Not a problem for these professionals. They work as a well coordinated team, fast, efficient and thorough. And all so pleasant. They made it look easy. And everything was put back in place perfectly. Thank you, thank you for an outstanding job. I am delighted with the new look.
Having an actual professional do the caulk and grout is definitely worth it. They scheduled an appointment about a week out, and despite the service window, Chris from Sir Grout was there right on time. He did a very efficient job, and the end result is superb. They gave me a detailed estimate ahead of time and stuck to it on the day. Would highly recommend.
We had Kashan and co-worker re-do the entire house floor tile. Both replacement of several and regrout and seal. They put in long day, and worked constantly. All companies should be so lucky to have workers, such as these 2 men. If you want fair price for work delivered, give Kashan a call.
The first contractor to show up on time prepared for the job, and attention to detail. Sarah was wonderful. Knowledgeable and willing to educate me along the way, great communication, eye for color so I didn't have to second guess myself, and I never got a huff or an eye roll while hanging around and asking questions (like every other contractor I've had for other jobs). We would absolutely use them again and ask for Sarah specifically.

I can't say enough good things about this service and my experience. My floors look new. They are beautiful! I was shopping to completely replace my floors because they were so gross and impossible to get clean. No amount of mopping and scrubbing helped. I thought the only option was to replace them. I stumbled on this service in my social feed and thank god I did. It saved me literally thousands of dollars and was so much easier than having my old floors ripped and new floors installed. The service tech was super knowledgeable and polite. My house was treated with respect. Ten out of ten stars. Highly recommend and I hope you call them!
These guys did an amazing job! They were honest with their process and what was needed to fix our crumbling grout. Other companies that came over tried to tell us that we need to remodel our whole shower for over $12000! Sir Grout Space Coast saved our shower at the perfect time, as we're getting the house ready to rent out. The fact that there's a guarantee is also a great bonus that if something were to happen given we won't be living here it will be taken care of for future tenants.
