I met with one of the contractors to discuss issues with my shower having cracked/ missing grout and starting to absorb water, which was causing mold. We discussed my options and got a date set. They were very kind, prompt, and professional at all times. What they did was cleaned the shower and cut out the old grout and put epoxy grout in the bottom and all corners, and colorsealed. The renewed shower looks excellent and will be easier to clean long-lasting. At completion they left no messes at all. Excellent work.

John cleaned and regrouted our bathroom floors and shower in May 2022, doing a fantastic job. We noticed some of the ground in shower was discolored in January 2023. John returned several times to resolve the issue, removing old grout and replacing with new grout, including cleaning to shower drain. Thank you for excellent service. All covered under the warranty.

The shower wall and floor grout in our master bath was moldy and soft. Original installation by the builder was substandard. Sir Grout's owner, Chris, came out and explained what could be done to correct the situation. He was a pleasure to speak with. Knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. Grout had to be removed, replaced and sealed. Sir Grouts products are top of the line. A great value for the cost of the job. They cleaned and sealed floor tile grout and granite countertops as well. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend.
We called Sir Grout to get an estimate for cleaning and regrouting the tile in our walk-in shower. We received a call back within an hour or so ...(the other company we called didn't get back to us until a week later), and an appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Jamar did the estimate and we were impressed by his knowledge, expertise and professionalism. We were able to schedule the work for the following week and were given a start time of 9:00 a.m. and told that Curtis would be doing the work. Curtis arrived promptly at 8:59 and set to work immediately. He was courteous and personable and he answered all of our questions with ease. There was some confusion about the grout color but Curtis resolved it quickly and the completed work was beautiful! We couldn't be happier!
I needed my bathroom cleaned. It was beginning to have signs of mold and calcium build up. Jorge, the owner, came out and looked at the shower, gave me a reasonable quote, and within a few days, they had a technician come out to perform the work. The technician arrived at 10 AM and finished around 2 PM. It is a family owned business, with quality service, and they care. Give them a shot if you are looking for a service.
