Very professional, and most considerate of customer satisfaction. Mr. Renzo coordinated a work plan for our shower renovation that exactly matched our desires. However, about half way through the job we discovered that, due to circumstances outside of our control, some elements of the job could not be done. Mr Renzo personally visited our home and coordinated a new proposal changing the price to reflect the amended work, and the result is completely satisfactory. Well done!
Sir Grout did an amazing job on my projects! I had two tiled bathrooms, and a slate foyer, cleaned and sealed as well as my kitchen counter caulked. They look brand new! Very pleased. Connor was so courteous, polite, and professional, and his helper Walter was also as pleasant and hardworking. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout!!
Excellent service! Very efficient, thorough, and cost-effective! Arrived ahead of time but called to ask if he could in case I was not home.
Sir Grout did an amazing job cleaning our floors. Mike was extremely kind and easy to work with. He was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Our estimator, Zach, was also very friendly and did not oversell anything.
Chris was prompt, professional and extremely neat. Great experience.
Very happy with Sir Grout. Shannon is excellent! On time, very professional, admiral results. Would prefer her for every subsequent maintenance service.
Highly recommended!
Sir Grout did an excellent job of removing and replacing the sealant in our shower. It looks like new! The technician was extremely careful to not make a mess and explained what he was doing step by step. I highly recommend them.
Great experience with Sir Grout. Brian worked tirelessly for 2 days to restore my 2 bathrooms... they look brand new! He was meticulous with details and he was very happy to go over any areas again that I asked for. From beginning to end, the team was professional and helpful.
Very professional, great job, very knowledgeable.
Kevin and Kelly gave my master bathroom shower a beautiful "redo" by sealing the grout and caulking around the bottom. It was not an easy or simple job as our shower is 14 years old and the grout has never been sealed. The shower now looks brand new and cleaner than it has been in 14 years. They kept me updated on the process and kept the bathroom clean so that we could use the rest of the bathroom while they were working. I would highly recommend Kevin and Sir Grout Richmond and I will use them again for other areas of my house!
