During a virtual Duo inspection with Marty it was decided to send his representative to look at the 3 baths, kitchen, breakfast nook etc. The representative arrived on time wearing a mask and at the ready with the project. In the end we went with caulking each bath and color seal on them. The kitchen and breakfast nook was color sealed. I was so impressed with the associates that maintained their professional experience with each room explaining how they work and the final care. The company did return to followup on everything. We recommend this company and it's professional experience with the 'color seal' product. It makes the tile look new. Thank you.

Huge shout out to Romeo who did an incredible job on my two bathrooms and I will probably call you guys again for the third! It's absolutely amazing how new they look. After taking the advice of some friends, who suggested that cleaning the chocolate marble tiles in my shower with a mixture of white vinegar and blue Dawn was the solution to my soap scum woes, I was convinced (by a so-called tile restoration company and an interior designer) that my only solution was to rip out and replace the "ruined" stone($$$$). Luckily, I found Sir Grout! After an easy-peasy virtual estimate with Ann and an in-person inspection by Jasmin, who is nothing less than the Michelangelo of marble, I was hopeful my shower could be restored to its natural luster. The results were nothing sort of miraculous! Every aspect of the work, or more precisely: "artistry", exceeded ALL expectations! I cannot stop beaming from ear-to-ear every time I see my reflection in the gleaming stone!
