We had the tiles and grout in our shower cleaned. A bad DIY project left the grout in bad shape. Joey from Sir Grout came out and fixed my mistakes and made it look like new. He was prompt, polite and got the job done well and efficiently. Joey got a 2-day job done in a day and a half. The quality of the work shows, and we are very appreciative.
We recently had our master bathroom and Jack and Jill bathroom restored, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the end product. Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous about every detail. Sir Grout was extremely easy to work with. They scheduled in a timely manner and showed up on time. Cody took the time to explain everything he was going to do and completed the job right on time and cleaned up everything beautifully. Our 40-year-old floor looks brand new. Highly recommend.
Kelly did a phenomenal job getting our shower back into a near-brand-new condition! The previous tenant didn't take care of the mold buildup within the caulk, but now, thanks to Kelly, you can't even tell there used to be a problem! Highly recommend!
We chose Sir Grout for our granite countertops based on reviews. We had an abrasion spot where the finish was gone on one counter and a slight crack. The abrasion process took several sandings and feathering to get it back to where it should be, and the crack was filled. Then the counters were cleaned and sealed and grout was re-applied.

The owner, Judi, was a pleasure to meet during the initial consultation. She was very thorough and informative and provided us with honest recommendations, a prompt quote, and projected timeline.
Her operations manager, Grace, was also very responsive to our questions and our personal timeline needs. The technician crew - Monte, Telly, and Elliott - provided exceptional service. They were on-time, polite and attentive, thoroughly explained the process and expectations, and completed the tedious work efficiently and cohesively. Overall, I'm very pleased and excited with the outcome.
