Thanks to Phillip, our thirty-year-old shower looks brand new.
I feel like I have a brand new kitchen floor and master shower! From my initial inspection and scheduling with Aiden to the excellent work done by Eli, Ethan, and D.J., I can't say enough good things about this experience. I highly recommend this company.
Zach came out today to give us a quote for a master bathroom, quest bathroom counter and a small section in our kitchen. Zach was very thorough to explain the process and had examples of the products used along with grout samples to select.
The quote was about what we expected. Looking forward to having the work done. Thank you, Zach.
Professional, friendly working staff! Determined to get the results you were expecting!
Sir Grout's workman did a great job re-grouting our kitchen sink and backsplash! He worked quickly and did a good job cleaning up afterwards.
Isaiah did an excellent job, very professional. Would definitely recommend to do any restoration.
Larry exceeded our expectations when he cleaned and regrouted our master bath shower, so much so that we contracted with them to strip and regrout all the floors in our home. A++++ rating from us.
DeQuan did an exceptional job!! He did a lot of work. Cared how it was done. Asked for us to see what he was doing in intervals of doing the job. You have a wonderful professional employee.
He also should be used to train others with a bump up in pay to train then maybe more workers would be more caring and proud of the work he is doing for the customer. He is one of a kind! He was polite, informative, he was a breath of fresh air when companies now a days don't care who the heck they are hiring. You have a gem of a worker and pray you take care of him as he took care of the customer is a testament to the kind of company you are.
I would be proud to recommend SIR GROUT to all I know because of DEQUAN I THANK YOU FOR A GREAT JOB WELL DONE. AND THANK YOU FOR HAVIING HIM ON YOUR TEAM. IT'S A BENEFIT TO YOU AND THE CUSTOMER.
SINCERELY, BILL AND NANCY.
Excellent service from start to finish. Terry and Aaron were great communicators, responsive and took adequate time to thoroughly clean and reseal our master bath shower. It looks brand new.
I'm tardy in writing this review, but it speaks to the quality work and service provided that I want to make sure I send kudos long after the project was completed. The initial assessment with Mark was a positive experience. He's professional and pleasant to work with. The shower project was beautifully done by Ulises. In addition to his great work, he made sure the area was completely clean after both afternoons. A pro!
