I am very pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of Sir Grout of Jupiter. Antonio explained everything clearly and provided me with my quote quickly. Oscar and Mary arrived on time and did a great job cleaning my tile and grout in my condo.
Oscar especially handled the marble floor of my primary bathroom's shower. He showed me what he did to make sure I was happy before putting the sealant down on the floor. In addition, he went over the care instructions to maintain the work he completed. I have already recommended Sir Grout of Jupiter to a friend. Worth the money!
Chat GPT my go to Support System, advised that Sir Grout Houston should be the company best suited and able to take care of the issue with the Shower area - discolored grout as well as some cracks in the grout. I called and Jason Hensgen: General Manager came to my house to see the problem and give me a quote. After we discussed the problem, I decided not to get other quotes and asked Jason to sign me up. A couple of weeks later Nico came to my house and repaired the problem areas. Angel came back a few days later and touched up some other areas. I am more than satisfied with the work and can definitely recommend this business. If they'll have me, I'd use them again.
The Sir Grout team was detail-oriented and completed our project on time as promised. They totally transformed over 10,000 sq ft of ceramic tile in a public area on our commercial project. Originally, we were planning to replace all the grout by removing/grinding it away. Instead, we went with Sir Grout of Greater Fairfield County, and their process was seamless and non-disruptive. I would recommend them for any grout revitalization project, big or small.
Jasmin was absolutely amazing to work with. We had a lot of hard water damage in our restroom and she communicated what she was doing during each step. David, the estimator, was also very nice and explained exactly what we should expect. Great company and always showed up on time.
Needed a guest shower grout overhaul. Oscar, the technician, was a pleasure to work with. He was very polite, friendly, and explained his course of action in detail. He made good on his promise to make the shower look brand new again, then took time and care to do a thorough cleanup after the job was completed.
