I can't say how impressed I am with Juan and Ryan and the whole Sir Grout process. Ryan came to give us a free estimate and discuss the process. We could not get an appointment for almost a month but it was well worth the wait.
Our floors are 14 years old but they now look exactly like they did when we built the house. The grout looks clean and gives the house a new, clean look.
Ryan and Juan moved all the furniture and area rugs. They even replaced a couple of damaged tiles and now you would never know.

Sir Grout restored our tiled shower to looking better than new. I was impressed by the tech, Ed for his attention to detail, and professionalism while being friendly and efficient. Ed took the time to explain and demonstrate every step of the process. He took pains to ensure we would be totally satisfied with the finished job. I was very pleased with the restoration of my bathroom floor, it was a disaster before I called these guys and looks like a brand new floor again. I had a few tiles planned to be replaced and they even replaced extra tiles at no charge in my kitchen. They did both floors in a half a day to fix floors that were poorly put in by a previous homeowner and I'm happy with the results.
