Sir Grout handles themselves very professionally. Tim is great because he understands the homeowner and what needs to be done. I think they are very honest about their recommendations and will not upsell you on work that maybe a short term fix but long term loss. I appreciate that candidness. Although they are not the cheapest, I would say you get what you pay. The work they did for me was outstanding and I have confidence it was done properly. Tim runs a very good business and I would continue to use him again.
The grout on my subway tile has turned a nasty yellow and after trying several suggestions I found online, I finally called Sir Grout. Scott was able to explain what happened and how to make it look new again! Sir Grout did a great job and my bathroom tile looks brand new again and will for years! Thank you Sir Grout!
Carlos was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He showed great respect to us, and our home. When finished, our shower looks good as new, as promised! We are very appreciative of how attentive and respectful Carlos is. I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Carlos to do your tile work.

Incredible results!!!! It's rare as a homeowner that you feel you get more from your money than you expected but this is one of those times! The fresh looking tile floors took years off my house. Can't say enough good things! Matt came out to provide a quote right away. Was professional and friendly and we made the decision to schedule. He arrived right on time to do the work and was super efficient. The results were amazing. I wish I had taken a before picture of our kitchen floor tile and grout but it's night and day. Mario and Felix arrived on time for both days they were assigned. Very open in needs for the repairs. Took all Covid precautions seriously which really put me at ease. Work is phenomenal. Three bathrooms and the kitchen look better than the day we purchased the home.
Excellent job. My house is 78 years old and the bathroom tile is original on the floor and walls. After cleaning, some grout repair, and sealing, the tile looks like new. Highly recommend Sir Grout Hartford.
