Jay does excellent work, is easy to communicate with, and is an incredibly nice guy. Jay and his team have saved us from replacing our floors! I'm sure we will be using his expertise again in the future.
This company made the home look amazing! You can paint and get new carpet but it doesn't look fresh and clean until the grout and tile is done. They were prompt, responsive, and polite. They repaired places of missing grout as well as discolored grout. I would recommend to anyone looking for cleaning or repair!
My husband and I had our grout in our stand up shower recolored and sealed and the moldy silicone caulking replaced with epoxy. Justin put in a good days' worth of work and it looks brand new again! I am always hesitant to spend money on anything, but it's easy to justify with the quality of workmanship and products you get with Sir Grout! I can't wait to have them recolor and seal our floor grout next!
Very pleased with the service. The owner, Kris, went out of his way to answer all of my inquiries with detailed explanations and suggestions. He also made sure, every step of the way, that the job was done to my satisfaction. And it was! Punctual. Professional. Office staff were courteous and efficient. Alex, who prepared proposals for all of the work, was professional and efficient. He also had an uncanny eye for detail, and picked out some things that my contractor had missed. So glad I had Sir Grout do this work to preserve my new ceramic floors and shower, and to provide some much needed restoration to two older showers that were showing some serious wear and tear. Excellent, competitive pricing. This company aims to please. I strongly recommend Sir Grout Central New Jersey.
We had a great experience with Sir Grout of Washington. Gary came to our home and provided an estimate to wet sand and polish our 20 year old entry/hallway marble floor and bar countertop. The price was competitive and fair, and the company was able to come out to do the work within a couple of weeks. A week and a half later, Ed and Romeo arrived at the house on time (bonus points) and we're super friendly and knowledgeable. They both ran through the process with my husband and me and answered questions. They were great throughout the whole day and dealt with my constant comments and about how things worked and gave suggestions about floor care, etc. We are very pleased with the results - the floor went from dull and dirty to clean and shiny!
Sir Grout handles themselves very professionally. Tim is great because he understands the homeowner and what needs to be done. I think they are very honest about their recommendations and will not upsell you on work that maybe a short term fix but long term loss. I appreciate that candidness. Although they are not the cheapest, I would say you get what you pay. The work they did for me was outstanding and I have confidence it was done properly. Tim runs a very good business and I would continue to use him again.
The grout on my subway tile has turned a nasty yellow and after trying several suggestions I found online, I finally called Sir Grout. Scott was able to explain what happened and how to make it look new again! Sir Grout did a great job and my bathroom tile looks brand new again and will for years! Thank you Sir Grout!
Carlos was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He showed great respect to us, and our home. When finished, our shower looks good as new, as promised! We are very appreciative of how attentive and respectful Carlos is. I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Carlos to do your tile work.
