Outstanding work on refreshing the grout and sealing the tile and grout on my master shower. Technician was professional and clearly an expert in his field. Ed the owner who gave a quote was excellent also. All in all a great team to work with and I look forward to having them refresh my other showers in the future. I recommend to everyone, this is the team to work with.
My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer.
The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience. I wish they painted!!!

I was renovating my home and was close to tearing out the tile. My neighbor had used Sir Grout and raved out them. He showed me the tile in his house and it looked great. So I gave them a call and was not disappointed. Not only did the tile and grout look like new, I saved money by not having to replace the flooring. I highly recommend Sir Grout.
I have been utilizing Sir Grout for a few years for all my tile, grout needs. They are awesome. Show up on time and do great work. This time it was my tiled shower, looks amazing. Also did kitchen floor and granite countertops. They all shined like new. Thanks so much.

This was the first time I've used Sir Grout, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. This type of process will be game-changer for the way I approach bathroom tile work in the rental properties handled by my property management company. The owner, Marty, was very professional and explained the process very clearly. Pricing was very competitive, and was definitely cheaper than what a typical corrective tiling job would cost. Looking forward to the next job!
