Charles did a fabulous job cleaning and color sealing my kitchen floor as well as my master bathroom. The shower needed lots of extra attention. My floors and bathroom look like they are brand new! I can't believe that after 11 years of wear and tear they could look so good. I was very impressed with Charles! He was extremely polite and professional. His diligent work ethic and his attention to detail was exquisite. He was so easy to work with and so helpful especially when it came to choosing colors. Gary was also so nice to work with and very helpful when it came to educating me on the process of what needed to be done to complete the project. Sir Grout was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services.
I would highly recommend Sir Grout. From beginning to end (near-end because we're getting them back!) it was a good experience. Our shower looks better than we've ever seen it. Cole was very patient and thorough, answering many questions (sometimes more than once), and his work was superb. Price was definitely fair, too.
Great service start to finish! Friendly and professional staff and they did a beautiful job! I'll use Sir Grout again for future service.
Ann was very responsive and was fun to work with. She came out to our house and came up with a great solution for some much needed grout removal and repair. In the end we decided to remodel the entire bathroom. We will use Ann in the future for grout cleaning and maintenance. She really knows her stuff and is so very nice.
We are extremely pleased with the results of Sir Grout's work. The floors that we had done look brand new. We were especially pleased with Carlos Gonzalez and his partner. They were friendly and polite. They finished early and cleaned everything up. We couldn't be more pleased, and we highly recommend Sir Grout!
Brian from Sir Grout is the absolute best! He took our travertine stone and grout from dingy and dirty to fabulous...how they looked when they were brand new! He did exactly what he said he was going to do and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We have used other companies in the past to clean our travertine but there is no comparison whatsoever! Thank you so much Brian for your care and expertise, our floors look amazing
Mike was in time for both the initial estimate for the work as well as when he came to complete the work. He did an outstanding job, and my floor and shower look brand new again! Can't thank him enough for the quality work and guidance on maintenance.
This is the 2nd time I hire Sir Grout to clean my bathroom and seal the area where mold can grow. They did an amazing job, showed up on time, cleaned everything with meticulous detail and explained how to maintain it. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants a job well done.
Todd was very professional and courteous. No pressure and he took time to explain the entire process. Their rates were extremely competitive. He was sensitive to my time frame and scheduled his people to meet my needs. When Tyler came he was on time and a very nice person. He finished in a day and a half and did a great job.
