We had our tile and grout sealed in three rooms. Service is amazing as is their special sealant. Really makes it easier to clean floors and prevents mold. Very nice people, too. Everyone we have dealt with seems to love the company and their job. That kinda says it all.
Sir Grout did an amazing job from the estimate to the completion of the job order. Tim was punctual, professional, and did not try to oversell me on any other services when he came to provide my estimate. Even though their schedule was booked for weeks straight, he was able to accommodate me with my tough work schedule. Samuel Avila (service technician) was the coolest and most dedicated guy I've met thus far! He practically spent all day fixing my shower and tub as requested and followed-up with me each step of the way to make sure I was happy before he continued on with the next step.
All the grout lines were cleaned up beautifully and he caulked everything to perfection. Him and his coworker Carlos G. did a fantastic job cleaning up the caulking mess that the builder left when I closed on the home. Even after the services, they have been following-up with me to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Would totally recommend Sir Grout to anybody! Their prices are a little bit higher than some of the competitors, but with the services they provided, it was worth every penny!
I had the tile floor in my kitchen done today. It turned out great. Carlos and Frido did a nice job. They showed up on time, they were friendly and polite and worked non stop until the job was finished. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone!
Sir Grout did an outstanding job bringing my 25 year old bathrooms and kitchen back to new! It hasn't looked this good since we moved in. Our Sir Grout, Matt, was extremely easy to work with and very considerate of us throughout the whole process. Can't recommend him highly enough!
I was so pleased with the results from Sir Grout! Chris is great to work with, and the crew he sent was very helpful and professional. I searched on Yelp and saw the before and after pictures. That was it for me. My husband was skeptical. However, once again the wife was right!
As always, the Sir Grout technicians do a wonderful job. This was the second time I have used the company and recommend them to anyone needing caulk redone or tiles/grout cleaned and sealed. Today's technician, Marlon Pinto, was efficient, pleasant to have in the house, worked quickly, and did an outstanding job. I am thrilled with the results.
